1. Not cleaning his gun.
2. Getting wounded during the jewelry store shooting (because he hadn't cleaned his gun) and making everyone worry.
3. Hollis dying on Dispo Day. He doesn't care what Calleigh said; ambush from the left-hand side or not, he still should have been able to get a shot off or something.
4. Wally Schmagin's suicide. Maybe if he hadn't all but blown the kid off Wally'd still be alive.
5. Lucas' accident.
6. Eric getting shot in the head, and all the problems he's had since then.
7. Waiting until he almost died to get to know his younger brother better.
8. Dan Cooper. Mainly because he left his wallet where anyone and their uncle could take it, thus setting into motion the chain of events that got Calleigh kidnapped.
9. Megan leaving the lab.
10. Taking the last can of Coke from the break room fridge.
